Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and select the item you'd like to return, or contact our team at support@jewelrydirect.com with your order number.

Receive Your Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. No postage needed β€” just print and attach.

Pack & Drop Off

Repack the item in its original box if possible with all included materials. Drop it off at a location that matches the carrier on your label β€” no need to schedule a pickup.

Refund Issued

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to reflect depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Items free of visible wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items with all original tags attached

  • Custom-made or engraved pieces (final sale)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been worn, resized, or altered
  • Items missing original packaging or tags
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items purchased during final sale events

Custom & Engraved Orders: Personalized pieces are crafted exclusively for you and are therefore final sale. We strongly encourage you to review all personalization details carefully before placing your order. If a personalized item arrives with a manufacturing defect, it is fully covered under our Free Lifetime Warranty.

What to expect after you drop off your return.

Day 1

Return initiated - You contact us or submit through your account. Prepaid label emailed within 1 business day.

Days 2–5

Item in transit - Your return is on its way to us using the prepaid label. You can track it with the provided tracking number.

Days 5–7

Item received & inspected - Our team verifies the item is in its original condition. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.

Days 7–12

Refund issued - Your refund is returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3–5 business days.

Prefer an Exchange?

We're happy to help you find exactly the right piece.

Size Exchange

Need a different ring size? We'll exchange your item for the correct size within 30 days of delivery. One complimentary resize is also available within one year of purchase.

Style Exchange

Changed your mind on the style? We'll apply the value of your return toward a different piece. If the new item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference.
