If you are placing an order on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

To make a purchase on our Site, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

You may browse and purchase from our Site as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain fraudulent information, or are used for abusive or unlawful purposes.

All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by Jewelry Direct. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Order Confirmation

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is shipped and a tracking number is issued. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, and Klarna. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount including any applicable taxes.

All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption. Jewelry Direct does not store your full payment card details.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at [email protected]. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. Custom and engraved orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

All prices on our Site are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and notify you accordingly. You will not be charged more than the price shown at the time your order was placed.

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their individual terms, may not be combined unless explicitly stated, and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

We ship to addresses within the United States only. All orders ship free via UPS or FedEx, fully insured, with tracking. Most orders are delivered within 8–10 business days. Custom and engraved orders require an additional 3–5 business days for production.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Jewelry Direct is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or engraved pieces
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse
• Items missing original packaging or tags
• Items purchased during final sale events

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. For complete details, please review our Returns Policy.

Every item purchased from Jewelry Direct is covered by our Free Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects, including loose or broken prongs, stone loss due to defective settings, clasp and chain failures, and structural flaws — for as long as you own the piece.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss or theft, damage from exposure to harsh chemicals, alterations made by third parties, or normal wear and tear. One complimentary ring resize is included within one year of purchase.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, dimensions, and material specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely free from errors.

Colors and appearances may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. All measurements are approximate. If a product you receive materially differs from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

All diamond listings clearly state whether the diamond is natural or lab-grown. All gemstone listings specify whether stones are natural. We never misrepresent our materials.

All content on jewelrydirect.com — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the property of Jewelry Direct and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or use any content from our Site for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices remain intact.

You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Jewelry Direct without our written consent.

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information in any form

Jewelry Direct does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site beyond our reasonable best efforts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewelry Direct, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

This limitation of liability does not apply to claims arising from our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jewelry Direct and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Jewelry Direct operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that state for any dispute arising under these terms.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days following written notice of the dispute.

Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

This arbitration provision does not apply to claims that qualify for small claims court.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
