You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. For custom or engraved pieces, production begins within 1 business day.

Your jewelry is carefully inspected, cleaned, and placed in our signature gift packaging — ready to be treasured from the moment it arrives.

Shipped & Tracked

We ship via UPS (our primary carrier) or FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivered to You

Most orders arrive within 8–10 business days. Many arrive sooner. Signature may be required for higher-value orders for your protection.

United States Shipping Only

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when that changes.

Custom & Engraved Orders: Personalized pieces require an additional 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Your tracking number will be emailed as soon as production is complete and the item has been handed to the carrier. Total estimated delivery for custom orders is 11–15 business days.

Shipping FAQ

Quick answers to common shipping questions.

Your shipping confirmation email will include the carrier name and a tracking number. Most orders ship via UPS; some are routed through FedEx depending on your location and our scheduling. Both carriers offer identical levels of tracking, insurance, and service.
At this time, carrier selection is handled on our end based on routing and availability. We cannot accommodate specific carrier requests. Rest assured that both UPS and FedEx are trusted partners and your order will be handled with the same level of care regardless of which carrier is used.
Unfortunately, UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or business street address at checkout. If you have concerns about delivery to your address, feel free to contact our team — we'll do our best to help.
If you're not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery the following business day. For orders requiring a signature, you can also redirect the package to a UPS or FedEx pickup location using your tracking number. If a package is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after your shipment notification email to show movement. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
All orders are fully insured from the moment they leave our facility. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos if applicable. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost to you. Please keep all original packaging for any damage claims.
