Warranty FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about your coverage.

Do I need to register my warranty?

No registration is necessary. Your warranty is automatically activated at the time of purchase and linked to your order number. Simply keep a copy of your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Is the warranty transferable if I give the piece as a gift?

Yes. The warranty follows the piece, not the original purchaser. If the item was given as a gift, the recipient may claim warranty service using the original order number or gift receipt.

Does the warranty apply to custom or engraved pieces?

Yes — custom and personalized pieces carry the same lifetime warranty on craftsmanship and structural integrity. Please note that personalization itself (engraving, custom sizing) does not void the warranty.

How long does the repair process take?

Most warranty repairs are completed within 7–10 business days after we receive your piece. Complex repairs or stone replacements may take up to 14 business days. We'll keep you updated throughout.

Are sizing adjustments covered?

One complimentary ring resizing is included within 30 days of purchase. After that period, resizing is available at a nominal service fee and is not part of the lifetime warranty.

What if my piece cannot be repaired?

In the rare case that a warranted defect cannot be repaired, we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent piece. If a replacement is not available, we'll issue store credit at the original purchase value.
