We ship to addresses within the United States only. All orders ship free via UPS or FedEx, fully insured, with tracking. Most orders are delivered within 8–10 business days. Custom and engraved orders require an additional 3–5 business days for production.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Jewelry Direct is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
