Yes. Loose gemstones are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unaltered condition and have not been set into jewelry. A prepaid return label is provided at no cost. Stones that have been custom set or modified are final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
